"Let us therefore animate and encourage each other, and show the whole world that a Freeman, contending for liberty on his own ground, is superior to any slavish mercenary on earth" – George Washington, 2 July 1776 |

There is a large and murky intelligence/lobbying network, that serves the International Monetary and Banking Cartel. It’s this ominous assortment of confederates that writes US laws and ensures that “our” so-called law-makers pass them. It’s this unseen, largely unknown, global and spidery web-work of control that could be reasonably called the Cartel’s Shadow Government. In congress, this control system is so apparent and pervasive that most of our elected representatives no longer pretend - very much - to have written or even read the legislation that they pass. This is true even though some bills still carry the names of various senators or congress-persons, all certainly making a inside joke of the democratic process and the illusions many un-tutored Americans still believe to exist. I recently wrote what I had hoped was a satirical article, poking fun at the fact President Obama could not feasibly have read all the legislation he has signed into law, centering on the on the mammoth 2,700 page Healthcare Reform Bill. And although some people appreciated the article, a couple of readers did not. One lady reader condemned the piece as being too negative, with no discernible point; while she, herself, invested no more of her own thought in it than that. A male reader (who showed some thought) bought the truth that while Obama probably didn't read the Healthcare bill - due to time constraints - he was certainly briefed with a detailed summary of it, highlighting the bill's major points. This gentleman, like many others, does not see the absurdity of legislation that is so long it could take weeks or months to read; after all, our Constitution was handwritten on about four or five pages. Our Declaration of Independence was handwritten on one sheet of paper. Our lawmakers and president should not be briefed on proposed laws, they should scrutinize every line, of every proposed law, as it is that important to the American people. And the American public should be given the opportunity to do the same, as President Obama promised. Our presidents should veto any bill they cannot comfortably read and understand in one sitting. In fact, if there are legislative passages the average, literate Americans cannot understand, those too should be vetoed. Convoluted, long passages in legislation are simply efforts to hide tyrannical intentions. And with “voice votes” becoming popular, in congress, we are even denied the knowledge of knowing just who supports tyranny. All points of legislation should be debated in Congress, by senators and representatives, not given “talking points” by unseen agents of the International Monetary/Banking Cartel, to memorize and parrot to the corporate media. In response, I asked the gentleman, above, who seemed to think a presidential briefing was adequate, to consider what a colossal briefing Mr. Obama would have to have had to cover all 2,700 pages of just that one bill - the mislabeled Healthcare "Reform" Act. If Mr. Obama was briefed in detail on the steady stream of hundreds of thousands of legislation pages proposed in congress, he'd be spending every waking moment being briefed, without doing any of it real justice. Divinity students spend years in college studying the detailed summaries that highlight the major points in the 1,300 page Bible, and still not cover it all. Does the gentleman really think Obama can be briefed on something the size of ten novels, or two Bibles, in a month or so, especially considering all the other thousands of pages of Executive Orders (written for him) that he signs, or the thousands of pages of regulations that are annually issued by Executive Branch agencies? Today, America is burdened with so many laws, they could not be contained within a full 100 volume set of encyclopedias. In addition to the thousands upon thousands of pages of congressional legislation, there are over 13,000 Executive Orders, most hundreds of pages long. Then there are Presidential Directives, Presidential Review Directives, Presidential Decision Directives, National Security Reviews, Homeland Security Directives, and on and on it goes. And still, more laws thunder down upon us. England, composed of some of the most docile and submissive people anywhere (except maybe Canada) is where much freedom-limiting legislation is tested. If it won’t fly in England it won’t fly anywhere. Well, it is flying in England; and we, in the US, can soon expect about 4,000 new laws, as that is how many laws were enacted by the UK’s most recent legislative parliament – the most ever in one year. The phrase, “It’s a free country,” is no longer uttered in the British Isles, and it is becoming passé in “our” United States, where the saying is not merely faded or aged, it is simply no longer true. And while the hidden despots, who coerce so many laws through our government use “national security” or “consumer protection,” or some other thinly veiled altruistic grounds for their tyranny, it is still tyranny, none the less. Worse yet, few of our laws have automatic self-expiring provisions with “sunset clauses,” which apparently means our current laws are to endure into perpetuity, guaranteeing us a permanently sad and deteriorating state of affairs. We are in the thrall of a covert tyranny, wherein so many of us have become dependent on the state, either as government employees or welfare recipients, that we shy away from responsibility for ourselves, and – at least – tacitly support all incursions upon our liberties. But, in doing so, we not only lose our freedoms, but our souls as well. The plutocrats of the private International Monetary and Banking Cartel have but one ultimate goal: To separate you from your soul, as all too soon, silence becomes betrayal. Thus far, however, our massive array of laws have not – yet - all been used against the majority of us; but, instead, are used selectively against perceived enemies of the state, usually those people who try to expose serious governmental crimes. Incrementally, however, more and more laws are being enforced, as more are being implemented; and, unless this encroachment on our freedoms is soon reversed, our entire country will become a prison camp. Currently America has degenerated into a sick society, with an over-taxed, over-regulated, and disappearing middle- class, an expanding and poorly educated under-class, and a disinterested and callous public sector, that is quickly becoming the only employed. And sadly, Mr. Obama - and our lawmakers – gleefully enact still more self-defeating laws, and promote them by doing nothing more than reciting from teleprompters and repeating the "talking points" and sound-bytes given to them by shadowy sources –the unseen minions of the Shadow Government, that are beholden to the International Monetary/Banking Cartel. Our president, and most all other politicians, carefully avoid the subjects of who reads or even writes the thousands and thousands of pages of legislation, regulations, directives, and executives orders that pour out of Washington, DC annually, as they do not know who writes it all, and do not want to have to admit they don't read much of any of it in any case. With one exception. That exception (page 158) that was probably read by Obama, et al, was written into the Healthcare Reform Act as a loophole for the privileged: The president, his staff and family, Joe Biden's staff and family, Nancy Pelosi's staff, Harry Reid's staff, and many other insiders are all exempted from the mandates of Obamacare. How nice, they've given it all to us taxpaying Americans to have, to hold, and to pay for. As with all tyrannies, taxes, laws, orders, directives, and regulations are not for the insiders, but for us – the outsiders. It would seem to me that if most of the tenets of the world-wide Christian religion are contained within 1,300 pages of the Holy Bible, America does not need 900,000 to millions of pages of legislation, orders, directives, and regulations to be governed. How can we obey those laws if we don’t even know what they are? But, the critical questions all thinking Americans will ask themselves run along the lines of who wrote the hundreds of thousands of pages of US legislation, orders, directives, and regulations that can so severely affect our lives. That Madame and Sir was the point of my satirical piece, and is an important point of this article. But far more importantly, know that fear is their most potent weapon, as it captures unenlightened souls, by forming a barrier between feared circumstances and the freeing energy of real enlightenment. But, enough enlightenment shatters the machinations of the Cartel, and those of their petty tyrants, as crystal is shattered by certain frequencies of vibration. May God bless you, and all fearless others, and speed us all to a more divine realm. J. Speer-Williams
