When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for all people to dissolve the political bands which have separated them from, and subjugated them to, one another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the equal and united station to which the Laws of Nature and of God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to Union.

—Such has been the patient sufferance of the people of Earth; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present King of America and Great Britain [George II] is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute tyranny over these states, and over the rest of the planet as well. To prove this, let facts be submitted to a candid world.

He has conducted a Reign of Terror, behaving in a most suspicious manner during and after the atrocities of September 11th, 2001, and preventing any honest investigation of those atrocities from taking place.

He has presided over other highly suspicious incidents of domestic violence including: US-military-anthrax attacks on the congressional Democrats who were resisting his pressure to not investigate 9/11; the apparent murder-by-plane-crash of his most dangerous opponent, Paul Wellstone; and the murderous threats that forced Senator Dayton, who had just denounced NORAD’s outrageous 9/11 lies, to flee Washington and announce his retirement.

In short, he has used murder and the threat of murder against members of his own legislative bodies, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.

He has used murder and the threat of murder against people of other lands, including Iraq, Iran, and Venezuela, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.

He has used torture and the threat of torture against American citizens and the citizens of other lands, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.
 

He has refused his assent to the Bill of Rights, of all laws the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.
 

He has repeatedly terrorized the nation and the world with puerile nightmare fantasies of murderous “evildoers,” most of whom, if they exist at all, seem to be on the payroll of his own and others’ intelligence services—as an instrument and arm to terrorize the world and its inhabitants through the psychological-operations ("psy-ops")propaganda driven global “bogeyman” and constant and never-ending sophisticated false flag and “suicide” bombing operations.

He has stripped the powers of the Representative Houses repeatedly, especially their war powers.

He is threatening martial law in the event of a bird flu epidemic—an event that is highly improbable absent a germ-warfare fake terror attack like the anthrax attacks—and is forcing upon us unnecessary and potentially harmful vaccinations in response to this bogus threat.

He has devoted most of his energy to lining the pockets of the worst kleptocrats in the history of the world, including those behind the Enron debacle, the $500 billion Savings and Loan scam, the $1 trillion-per-year CIA-dominated illegal drug trade, and the unexplained and untraced disappearance of trillions of dollars from the budget of the Pentagon.

He has given Corporations the complete freedom to act with impunity and enjoyment of complete immunity from the harm they are bestowing on the Earth and her peoples. In both the area of environment and our bodies, Corporations with more money than sense and a government with more greed than concern for the welfare of the people are harming the environment and are now conspiring to take away our right to control our bodies, to keep them safe, and if harmed, to seek recompense from the corporation that harmed us.

He has endeavoured to prevent the population of these States from traveling in a free and enjoyable manner, instituting ludicrous “security procedures” to harass airline passengers and those crossing national borders, and justifying these measures by pointing to a “terrorist attack” that appears to have been carried out by his own security services.

He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by claiming the right to murder, torture, or “disappear” anyone he chooses, without even a semblance of due process of law, simply by dubbing that person a “Terrorist.”

He has made more and more Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their Offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries; and he has intimidated the few remaining Judges he does not own outright.

He has erected a multitude of New Offices such as “Homeland Security,” and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance.

He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the consent of our legislatures, and sent those standing armies to New Orleans not to help the flood victims, but to impede rescue efforts and protect the Property of the Rich and to impose martial law as another instrument of State Terror.

He has, by staging an apparent 9/11 Reichstag Fire, affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power.

He has combined with other corporate fascists to subject us to a plutocratic jurisdiction foreign to our Constitution and unacknowledged by our Laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:

For Quartering large bodies of armed troops among us, and, under the auspices of FEMA, for planning to use those troops to impose a Tyranny in the event the “national emergency” which we are being constantly threatened with—and to make us comply to the imposition of more and suffocating tyranny that has misaligned us from our principles.

For protecting his fascist advisors, especially Rumsfeld and Cheney, from punishment for the thousands of Murders and Tortures of illegally-detained Muslim “prisoners” (in reality, innocent victims of state-terrorist kidnappings).

For running up an obscene deficit in Trade with all parts of the World, and an equally obscene and unprecedented deficit in Budget:

For imposing Wars on us without our Consent:

For depriving us, in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury:

For transporting us beyond Seas, to a CIA-run torture gulag that stretches across many countries, to be sexually violated and murdered for pretended Offences:

For abolishing the free System of Anglo-American Laws with regard to those arbitrarily deemed “terrorists,” rendering an example and precedent for introducing the same absolute rule against the entire Population:

For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, especially the Bill of Rights, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:

For using violence, threats, and vote fraud against our own Legislatures, and usurping power, through Stolen or Fraudulent Elections, to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.

He has abdicated Government here, by declaring all but the Super-Rich out of his Protection and waging Class War against us.

He has plundered the seas, abandoned our hurricane-ravaged Coasts, drowned our most historic and economically vital City, and destroyed the lives of our People.

He is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign and corporate-fascist Mercenaries, to compleat the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty and perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy of the Head of a civilized nation.

He has constrained our fellow Planetary Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to suffer Unspeakable Tortures and be imprisoned indefinitely without charges and without counsel.

He has launched murderous invasions of foreign lands that never threatened us, and thereby excited foreign insurrections against us.

In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our Administration brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their Fear-Mongering to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our Settlement here, and our insistence of being treated as free and fearless Citizens. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common Kindred to disavow these usurpations, which would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of Justice and of Consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which announces our Separation from their tyranny, and our Union with all the peoples of this planet.

We, therefore, the Representatives of United Peoples of Earth, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by the Authority of the good People of this planet, solemnly publish and declare, That the “New American Century” inaugurated by the “New Pearl Harbor” of 9/11 is finished; That the era of the Nation State, of Corporate “Globalization,” of Petrodollar Hegemony, and of IMF/Federal Reserve Financial Tyranny, is over; That the era of rulers, states, armies and weapons is defunct; and that henceforth all human beings of this planet are Citizens of Earth, and not subjects of any nation or corporation or monopoly currency; and That given the Food Emergency that already exists, and may worsen with Resource Scarcity and Climate Change, that nuclear Swords henceforth be beaten into Ploughshares.

The Citizens of Earth hereby give notice that they will no longer be bound by King George’s Empire, nor by the tyrannous militarism of any other Nation State; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the US Dollar, the American Empire, the New World Order, or to the Flag, Currency, or Military Forces of any other nation; and that all political connection between them and the corporate-statist kleptocracy, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent Planetary Citizens, they have full Power to conclude Peace, contract Alliances, and establish Commerce among the people of Earth, and between this Planet and the people of such other Worlds as may one day choose to contact us, should they happen to notice any Signs of Intelligent Life—such as the overthrow of King George’s regime, and its replacement by a Planetary Union of Peoples, in accordance with the benign system of Planetization that eternally forms a more perfect union, establishes justice, insures domestic tranquillity, provides for the common defense, promotes the general welfare and forever secures the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity. And for the support of this Declaration of Union, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.
